I think this guy is just cut-copy-paste the site and make another version of UTAR President Welcome Message.
I can tell it from the comparison between the 'Course Enquiry | Staff Directory | UTAR Portal | Email | Link To KTAR' menu. The original is bold and the fake one is just regular. Plus, you can see some pixels added around the text in fake site but not to the real site. I also can do that la~

Well its up to you to believe, in some cases those you said might be right, its edited ... but this one is true, as I'm the one who took the screenshot
and many people saw it themselves at the utar website.
screw ppl liddat le..they got nothing better to do with their life. lol waste ppl's time and they think they damn cool cuz they know how to hack..blah blah blah~
